Nice area, had it's own park and swimming pool for residents.
Elders/Disability/Transportation needs can get assistance with trash pick up letter to Twp. And mail at door with installed box and letter to US Post Master vs. walking Safety issue hilly Roads to Park Mailbox location.
Believe it or not, this review goes back to 1972. Bought a brand new mobile home back then. We lasted about a year. Owner and son, who may have nothing to do with park now, were not easy to get along with. Lived with mud every time it rained. Driving through the park a few years ago, it looked nice. So, only consider my review relevant if you're involved in "Back to the Future", and will be returning to 1972. Otherwise look at current reviews. In all fairness, i lived there when park was just starting up,,, and i may not have been the easiest person to please.
Poor maintenance of underground parking Security Lighting wiring installed by park. No Street Lighting.
Not Elder friendly.
Bordering Businesses Property upper level not maintained and rodents high.
Empty reclaimed lots not maintained and covered with trash.
I use to live there and enjoyed it. Great employees, nice neighbors, pool and park .
Poor Large tree maintenance effect insurance coverage and copay damages fees, research first. Roots cause sewage line displacement problems long term on lots. Have witnessed termites at trees base untreated.
Legals issues lease contract should be reviewed by a agent or lawyer referral discount from the County or Elder lawyer at Senior center.
No notification of water maintenance caused dirt build up in line caused appliance/ plumbing problems not aware to flush lines not done with line works.
Management is awesome and the police do a awesome job at patrolling the area. Well done!!!!
No Township Lot Inspection of Set up prior to set up of Trailers, only after, verification from Twp. inquiry. Drainage lot issues lead to long term floor replacement/ Health mold/mildew concerns. Frozen pipes. Lots not all have stated paved space parking. Sealing must be done by lesee.
